*All electives at Westside are considered Arts or Career and Technical courses except the fitness and life skills classes.
#Class of 2013 students working towards the Advanced Diploma should consider taking their additional core class as a third year of Foreign Language to fulfill admission requirements at some colleges.
When considering diploma options and class scheduling, please take note of the following policies:
1. Students may receive one full PE credit through participation on two different Westside sports teams that practice each weekday throughout their seasons.
2. Students may take one credit in an online or correspondence format during their enrollment in Westside.

ADMISSION CRITERIA
Students seeking admission to WCHS are evaluated on past academic achievement, good citizenship, and desire to attend WCHS. Students must complete a statement of personal testimony as to how they came to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior and how that decision affects their life in the present. A personal interview with the applicant and at least one parent is required.
