Payments may be submitted via one or both of THREE convenient payment methods:

DIRECT PAYMENT (ACH Debits):

Monthly tuition payments and senior fees, where applicable, can be set up to withdraw automatically from your bank each month.  Simply complete the ACH Debit Authorization form, and return it to the office. Click here to download the ACH Debit Authorization Form (PDF)

MAIL:

Checks for tuition and/or fees can be mailed to the following address:

CREDIT CARD:

Westside accepts credit/debit card payments for tuition and fees. We accept MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Due to limitations imposed by VISA, Visa credit cards are not accepted. A web servicing fee of 3% will be added to your payment amount for online processing.
